✧ Custom Orders

Yes, I can make you a custom embroidered patch or hoop, depending on your design.

I will turn down any design that copies another person's artwork, or is too time consuming during busy times of the year.

Please contact me with any other questions about a custom order.

As a small business that makes a lot of one-of-a-kind products, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If anything in your order is damaged once you receive it, please contact me and I'll help you!

Processing time for orders can take up to 3 days, unless I am making you a custom product.

I ship USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 days for delivery in the US, and can take 2-12 weeks for international delivery.

You will get a notification when your order is shipped.

Please check your address when checking out. I cannot help if you entered the wrong address during checkout and I already shipped your item.

International buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
